Tender description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for The Provision of Lift Maintenance Services, University of Keele, in accordance with the attached Tender Specification document. Given the need for one Lift Contractor to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the services required, the contract has not been divided into lots. The Lift Contractor shall complete all of the contract requirements detailed in the Tender Specification document and meet the key dates contained in the specification. The estimated total value of the contract over its duration (including the contract extension options if these are taken up) is £225,000 excluding VAT. It is essential that Tenderers visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission in order to ascertain all the necessary information as to risk which may affect their tender sum. Arrangements to visit site for this contract can be made by sending a message request via the In-Tend portal. The site visits will be conducted during the tender period i.e. prior to the deadline for receipt of tenders.
