This Soft Market Exercise is to help inform the partner organisations on how to shape any resulting tender to attract interest from suitable suppliers and secondly help inform the best route to market (e.g. formal Official Journal of the European Union — OJEU tender; Competition via an established framework or alternative options). Suppliers interested in this soft market test opportunity should visit www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk for more information. The deadline for proposals is 23:59 on 1.4.2019. Plymouth City Council and partner organisation consideration of Local Full Fibre Networks Project is a third wave exemplar project for the Full Fibre Network Programme (LFFN) operated by the Broadband Development UK (BDUK) programme within the Department for Digital, Media, Culture and Sport (DCMS) and any resulting procurement would be part funded by DCMS.
