Tender description

Mansfield District Council wish to establish if there is a Box Office system comparable in all aspects to the current arrangement, but which is able to integrate with Capita. Also, the system we are looking for must be for both venue and customer use online, able to integrate seamlessly with the Theatre’s website with excellent IT support and marketing functionality. The Council is to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvass independent views to support and shape the future specification and model of a suitable Box Office system and suitable supporting financial services. This SMT is not a call for tenders and responses.
