Tender description
The supporting people team have been working closely with the social care commissioning team to take a joint approach to commission a blend of housing related support and care services for young people aged 16-24. The programme can provide much needed assistance to people who are at risk of homelessness to help prevent them losing their homes or to access new accommodation to meet their needs. It provides vital support to those who find themselves in extremely difficult circumstances and enables them to deal with their situation and live independently. We are inviting interested stakeholders to attend the following workshop to assist with shaping the specification for the below client category: — young people 16-24, — date and time: 11.4.2019 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. Venue: Civic Centre, Pontypool, NP4 6YB.
