The City of Swansea (CCS) is planning a development involving c3000-3500 capacity multipurpose indoor arena for Swansea (the Arena) to be located close to the marina in the city centre. The Arena will provide facilities for music, entertainment, conference and exhibition events. The development also includes multi-storey car parking, retail/food and beverage units, residential apartments, infrastructure services, highway adaptations, a pedestrian land bridge and public realm. The Council is seeking to procure an experienced and qualified contracting organisation to complete the design and execute construction of the works. This is an exciting opportunity for an organisation to work with the Council.
