Tender description
Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Anaesthetic, Oxygen and Nebulization Therapy Consumables. The duration of the framework will be 4 years maximum (3 years initial period with the option of extending for 1 period of 12 months). Consisting of: Lot 1: Nebulization and Humidification Therapy; Lot 2: Resuscitation Devices and Consumables; Lot 3: Endotracheal Tubes; Lot 4: Oxygen and Aerosol Therapy; Lot 5: Breathing/Anaesthetic Systems and Accessories; Lot 6: Mini Competition Option. Nebulization and humidification therapy: The products covered in Lot 1 will include some of the following items (please refer to the price schedule for the comprehensive list): — water sterile humidification/nebulization with connector, — water sterile for humidification/nebulization with nebulizer adapter, — mouthpiece nebulizer, connector plastic (disposable). Since this is a Framework Agreement which will be open to many Contracting Authorities the true potential spend is not known at this stage. terms and conditions/Activity Based Income (ABI). The terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information. This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Lot 6 facilitates the provision to re-open competition through a mini competition option where the authorities can tailor a bespoke specification to accommodate their requirements and contractually. Commit in advance to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements. HealthTrust Europe GPO Members, may also wish to aggregate their spend and contractually commit to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements for a minimum period of 24 months to drive price efficiencies. To be eligible for Lot 6 the tenderer must be contractually awarded to the appropriate Lot as specified within the ITT document Lots 1 to 5.
