Tender description

Clare County Council intend to develop and enhance the amenity value of the existing town park by undertaking a programme of works that will result in the provision of a new Town Park. This will include a number of different amenity zones which will incorporate a network of paths, including amenity grassland areas, an activity area incorporating an adventure play area, a pump track, a bandshell and multiple seating areas. Contractors must complete Qualification Questionnaire QW2 – Works Contractor Open Procedure 2 no. QW3 documents – Work Specialist with Design Input and submit it (including associated supplements and signed Declarations) with the Tender Documents. The minimum standards are as set out in the above questionnaires and this Contract Notice. This contract was awarded to M Fitzgibbon Contractors Ltd, Quin Road Business Park, Quin Road, Ennis, Co.
