Homes for Haringey is looking to appoint a contractor to fully support the delivery of responsive, voids and disrepair programmes delivered by HRS to dwellings, empty properties and communal areas for circa 21 000 homes (16 000 tenanted properties) Homes for Haringey is seeking to appoint additional suppliers to the panel but the work will be awarded to the suppliers based on the ranking system. It is therefore the intention that the contractor in first place will be given the opportunity to complete all works in the first instance with the other contractors supporting delivery of the works.
