Tender description
Liverpool City Council (LCC) have appointed Wates Construction Ltd as the design and build contractor for a development on land at Princes Dock (along Princes Parade Known as Plot11) for the construction of a mixed-use scheme comprising of a 200 bed Upscale Hotel with transport interchange facilities to support and supplement the proposed new permanent Cruise Terminal Facility at the former Princes Jetty. This procurement is for the selection of a Hotel Management Company to operate the hotel on behalf of Liverpool City Council. Liverpool City Council are undertaking a bespoke process with negotiation to procure a Hotel Operator. Liverpool City Council (LCC) are developing a hotel along Princes Parade Known as Plot11 for a mixed-use scheme comprising of a 200 bed Upscale Hotel with transport interchange facilities to support and supplement the proposed new permanent Cruise Terminal Facility at the former Princes Jetty. The Council are looking to fund and develop a high quality hotel and are seeking a Hotel Operator. A separate procurement process is also underway for a hotel brand, which will be decided in early October 2018.
