Tender description
The commission involves production of a Conservation Management Plan to assess the Kiln and document strategic policies, objectives and management actions which need to be taken. The consultant is also required to conduct a condition assessment and structural appraisal of the Kiln to advise on any immediate safety issues which need to be addressed and identify any necessary remedial works to be carried out in the next 10 years. The conclusions and recommendations from the condition assessment and structural appraisal should be linked to the Conservation Management Plan policies / management actions.
