Tender description
Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership owns and manages over 10 000 residential properties across the Dumfries and Galloway region. DGHP is looking to procure a single contract for the provision of responsive repairs to properties, works to void properties, the servicing and maintenance of gas installations and central heating systems and planned/cyclical maintenance to its properties. DGHP will in due course issue a Contract Notice inviting Contractors to register their interest in this procurement opportunity and to complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire and appropriate financial information (Annual Accounts). This information will be assessed and used to select a group of qualifying contractors to tender for these works, which are due to commence in 4.2019.
