Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that the Ambulance Radio Programme (“ARP”) plans to host supplier events and market sounding meetings to further develop its understanding of the market for procurement activity during the next 12 months. As such, this PIN does not formally signify the beginning of any procurement and does not constitute a commitment by ARP to undertake any procurement exercise. In the event that ARP decides to formally commence procurement pursuant to this PIN a separate contract notice will be issued. To register an interest in attending any potential supplier events and market sounding meetings, register an interest using the instructions in this PIN, see Section VI.3 (Additional Information). The following potential categories are currently being considered as part of this PIN: i— field support – installation, repair and maintenance of control room, data centre, and other ICT Infrastructure, ii— technical advice, security advice, design services, and test management, and training, iii— in-vehicle routers, gateways and devices including Wi-Fi Hub, tablets and mobile device management.
