Provision of Planned and Reactive Maintenance to Gas Fired Boilers, Water Heaters and Pumps at the University of Leicester

The Employer is seeking competitive Tenders ("Tenders") from suitably qualified contractors ("Contractors") in response to this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") with a view to awarding a Contract to one contractor for the asset validation, compliance validation of this equipment, planned and reactive maintenance of the equipment. For the avoidance of doubt the range of equipment to be included within this contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following •Carry out a Major and a Minor servicing to all gas fired boilers and gas fired water heaters contained within Halls of Residence. •Carry out a Major Servicing to all gas fired boilers and gas fired water heaters forming all other areas of Campus. •Carry out Pump Checks on all primary and secondary pumps. The contract will begin on 1 March 2018 for a 12 month period, with an option to extend annually for a further 5 years until 29 February 2024.
