Tender description
Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a film maker to create a short animation, exploring the "Smart Street" of 2025 in Leicester. The objective of the film is to provide a short introduction to explain what Connected Leicester means to the people who love, work, are educated in and visit Leicester. Connected Leicester should showcase what we already have and how that can evolve to be smarter. It should also show how we can work with partners to make Connected Leicester a reality. The proposed contract will be for 4 months. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
