Tender description

London Borough of Hillingdon (“the Authority”) wishes to let a contract for the provision of cleaning services at its Civic Centre and its serviced premises across the Borough, comprising: — internal cleaning (including scheduled, reactive and periodic), — window cleaning, — porter services. The scope of the services required may develop during the course of the contract and the Contractor will be required to be flexible in his approach to provision of the services. Indicative schedules of current input are located in the Data Pack. Site locations: The main Civic Centre is situated in the centre of Uxbridge with a total area of c. 27 272 m2 and is occupied by 1900 staff. The scope of the contract also includes an additional 76 buildings, complexes and facilities located across the Borough including but not limited to Libraries, Office blocks, Cemeteries, Day Centres, Children Centres, Early Years Centres and Residential Homes.
