Tender description
Barnsley Children and Young People’s Trust are seeking to commission an experienced service provider to deliver an impartial disagreement resolution and mediation service for resolving disagreement between parents or young people, education providers, local authorities or health commissioners. This service is required to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years, May 2015. There is a financial envelope of £16k per year for this service and bids above this will not be considered. Keywords: Special Educational Needs Work
