The University of Bath is seeking a provider for the periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations. The University of Bath is seeking a provider for the periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations. The contract shall include for the following electrical testing: — periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations in: all University buildings; laundrettes; public licensed areas; swimming pools; agricultural premises; explosive atmospheres, — visual inspection and earth loop impendence testing in Residential Buildings, — testing and inspection of fixed appliances, — thermographic inspections, — certification and reporting, — minor repairs. The contractor must be able to provide an interactive website/real time reporting for reports to be uploaded and indexed directly. The contract will be for the duration of 3 years with the possibility of extension of 2 x 1 year at the sole discretion of the University, giving a maximum possible terms of 5 years.
