Tender description
The University for the Creative Arts seeks to appoint a supplier for the design and build of new student residencies at the Farnham Campus. Please be aware that this is a two-stage procurement process, with both an SQ stage followed by an ITT stage. The deadline for the SQ stage is 19.3.2018 and suppliers should ensure the SQ Supplier Selection has been submitted by this deadline. No other documents are required at to be returned this stage. Following the evaluation of the responses to the SQ, a shortlist of 5 Suppliers will be invited to tender. This stage will commence on 23.4.2018 and the shortlisted suppliers will need to submit a completed response by 15.6.2018.
