Tender description

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure a building contractor to refurbish the north wing, lower ground and basement of County Hall, Norwich, Norfolk. The approach is likely to be design and build; one or two stage route has not been decided yet. The scope of the work is likely to include a full strip out, ventilation and heating solutions, lighting upgrades, new layouts and provision of a variety of spaces such as open plan areas, meeting rooms and a café/deli. Also Carbonisation of the concrete soffit and grading the soffits to suit the required level of fire protection.
