Hertfordshire Constabulary are looking to implement a Voice of the customer (VOC) strategy that can help to facilitate the capture, analysis and measurable output of actions resulting from service users and staff feedback. The VOC strategy is part of an initiative to deploy digital technology to further engage with and, continuously improve the service that we provide. Hertfordshire Constabulary would like to hold pre-arranged supplier days as a 2-way communication in order to seek supplier feedback and present the tender process. Dates are available during March, please express an interest for further information.
