The Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub and the LEP has identified the need for enhanced provision of support to provide Leadership and Management capability and coaching and mentoring provision for 'scale up' businesses. The Supplier will design, develop and deliver; • Leadership and management development programmes to develop leaders and managers • High quality coaching and mentoring to help businesses identify and achieve their growth goals Specifically, the Supplier(s) will; • Develop, design and deliver 2 day Leadership and Management provision. The provision will have and maximum of 12 delegates per cohort. • Provide mentoring and coaching support to the delegates (and potentially leaders from scale up businesses that haven’t accessed the Leadership and Management provision but need support to increase their capability and capacity to lead their business).
