The City Council is wishing to appoint a contractor to undertake ceiling and partition works, as part of phase 2 of the refurbishment scheme at Newcastle Civic Centre. The Contract period is for approximately 14 months, the proposed programme commencement date is 02 April 2018 and the programme completion date is May 2019.
