Tender description
A training model has been designed and agreed upon by the committee. Among other things, the training model provides that an expert in ethics will be engaged by An Garda Síochána to provide expert training to the senior management team and the management teams of every Assistant Commissioner and Executive Director in the organisation. At the heart of the training program will be the new Code of Ethics and the nine standards contained therein, (copy uploaded on etenders website with RFT). The training course should also explore recent developments in ethical theory and practice and contain appropriate ethical dilemmas which are relevant for a large police organisation.
