This tender is For the supply and installation of Curved and straight stair lifts with 5 warranty covering one annual service per year, Planned maintenance, 24hr a day, 365 days a year repair and emergency repair service. All parts included. Recycling service for all equipment is required for this tender. One abortive visit to be included and evidence of appointment booked and picture of front entrance door with calling card within picture for abortive visit to be paid. Curved stairs to be installed four weeks from PO and straight lifts to be installed two weeks from PO once issued. All snagging requires to be completed within one week Handover. Curved and or straight stair lifts: Rails up to 12LM and all bends, connections and powered hinged rails. To include all accessories IE Powered swivel seats, powered footplate, hand control, seat belts and or harness and drop nose rail. 2. To include the fitting and installation of 13A fused spurs all connections, cable runs and trunking. 3. To include the draining down of heating system, removal and reciting of existing radiators/Renewal if required and on completion re-commissioning heating system including all balancing of system also topping up of the chemical inhibitor 4. Included the removal and or reciting of Handrails, Newel post and any stair element as required and making good of any finishes. 5. Product handover/demonstration to end uses by installer 6. All certificates and documents to be provided at end of installation.
