Tender description

This project relates to the re-tendering process of the contract cleaning services for Grainville School, as detailed below: The existing contracts for Grainville expired on 31st December 2017 and following a management review of the existing provision, standards and specifications potential improvements to service levels have been identified. The existing cleaning contracts have now been in operation for three years, which was awarded following a rigorous formal tender process, however in line with the SOJ financial directives 5.1 it has been decided to retender for this service. The project aims is to deliver a comprehensive, cost effective and efficient cleaning service at Grainville School. Grainville School has undergone a phased building project. Phase 5 building is not starting until 2018. Grainville School has approximately 550 students and 90 staff. It is comprised of 68 classrooms, 41 offices, 29 toilets and various ancillary areas such as the sports hall, assembly hall, and trampolining room, fitness suite, changing rooms with showers, staff room, lecture theatre, library and canteen.
