Tender description
This notice is for a proposed renewal framework for security services and equipment. It is anticipated that the scope of the services covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to, guarding, stewarding, key holding and mobile patrols. Installation, maintenance, monitoring and repair of technology based solutions is also within scope including CCTV, alarm systems, fire detection and sprinkler systems. Lot 1: Security Services The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, guarding, mobile patrol, key holding, event stewarding and taxi marshalling. Please note it is anticipated that service requirements will be divided into further lots following the completion of a consultation process. Full details of the final lotting structure will be in the tender. Lot 2: Security Equipment The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to the installation, monitoring, maintenance and repair of CCTV, alarm, fire detection and sprinkler systems or any combination of the above services/equipment. Please note it is anticipated that service requirements will be divided into further lots following the completion of a consultation process. Full details of the final lotting structure will be in the tender.
