Tender description
London and Quadrant Housing Association has a requirement for a number of Letting Agencies to be awarded to a select supplier list to source and provide Tenants for its Private Rented Sector properties and Intermediate Market Rent properties. The property portfolio numbers 3 200 but will expand beyond 5 000 over the next few years. Geographical coverage of properties is is across London with a number in peripheral towns. A number of Lettings Agents are required to provide a select supplier list to provide a Lettings service for PRS and IMR properties in the L&Q portfolio.
