Tender description
Procurement Consolidation Reviews - Request for Information. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is intending to commission a spend analysis with ensuing procurement advice on four key categories : • Catering • Subscriptions • ICT • Training The intention is, on the back of this consultancy support, to draw up Procurement Strategies specific to each of the analysed categories, the purposes of which are to: • Reduce off-contract spend • Control maverick spend • Secure cost reductions A draft copy of the intended brief, specification and tender return document is attached to provide additional guidance on the Council’s proposed requirements.
