Tender description
A contract for the delivery of a comprehensive lift maintenance planned and reactive service. The project consist of a ‘Fully Comprehensive’ planned and reactive service as set out in the Appendix A – Specification and Appendix B – E24 – Lift but mainly consist of the maintenance, service, SAFed Testing, attending breakdowns and’call-outs’ and repair to Passenger/Goods Lifts, Goods Lifts, Stairlifts and Platform Lifts in buildings maintained or owned by the University. The estimated value of the service/works is between GBP 320 000 to GBP 572 000.
