Tender description

The London Borough of Ealing in collaboration with the West London Alliance (WLA) are establishing a 6 year (3+1+1+1) Dynamic Procurement Vehicle (DPV) to procure and commission the provision of residential children’s homes placements. The estimated value of the services to be purchased for the entire duration of the DPV is purely indicative and cannot be guaranteed. The estimated value of the services to be purchased for the entire duration of the DPV is purely an indicative figure and cannot be guaranteed by the WLA. The DPV shall be open to all London Boroughs and local authorities in England and Wales. The local authorities may access the DPV’s by way on an access agreement.
