Tender description

The contract will involve the successful service provider undertaking electrical periodic Inspection and testing services, portable appliance testing and possibly remedial works on the properties and locations described within the tender documentation for a period of up to 36 months from the commencement date (with an optional extension of a further 12+12 months). West of Scotland Housing Association are seeking to establish a contract for the provision of electrical periodic inspection and testing services, portable appliance testing and the possibility of remedial works with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The contract is intended to commence not later than Monday 27.11.2017 and will operate for a maximum of 3 years (with the option for an extension of one+one further years), subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators. The contract will primarily be delivered across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Lanarkshire. The anticipated contract value is approximately 120 000 GBP per annum (excluding VAT) based on 686 EICR's, PAT at various offices / sheltered properties and a nominal sum for potential remedial works which is not guaranteed.
