Tender description

WCHT invited expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver works and services under 6 Frameworks comprising: Development Projects — GBP 0-4 000 000 (Lot 1); Development Projects — GBP 3 000 000+ (Lot 2); Employer's Agent (Lot 3); Architect (Lot 4); Principal Designer (Lot 5); Transport and Highways Planning Consultant (Lot 6). Procurement of a framework to deliver individual development projects of a value up to GBP 0-4 000 000. The framework is awarded to 6 providers. Works will be called-off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT. Procurement of a framework to deliver development projects worth a value of GBP 3 000 000+. The framework is awarded to 6 providers. Works will be called-off either through mini-competition or direct selection. Procurement of a framework for the provision of employer's Agent services. The framework is awarded to 5 providers. Services will be called off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT. Procurement of a framework for the provision of architect services. The framework is awarded to 5 providers. Procurement of a Framework for the provision of principal Designer services. The framework is awarded to 3 providers. Services will be called-off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The framework is awarded to 1 provider and as such all services will be awarded by direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT.
