1078 Water Management and Legionella Control at De Montfort University Leicester

Tender description

De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the service and inspection of Water Management Systems and Legionella Control on its Leicester Campus and associated sites. The Contractor will provide Planned Preventative Maintenance and a reactive callout service to all hot and cold water storage and delivery systems located in De Montfort University buildings (as per the asset list in D3 Specifications) and in accordance with requirements of the most recent Legionella risk assessment and as set out in SFG20, HSE Approved Document ACOPL8, HSG274 and BS6700 and all other best practices. The contract is for 2 years, with additional extension years of 1yr+, 1yr+ (total 4 years). The extension period will depend upon successful delivery performance, contract management, meeting all KPI's and the satisfaction of DMU. It will be part of JCT Measured term Contract.
