Tender description

The SPS require a supplier to inspect, service and maintain a range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across the SPS Estate, (13 prisons and 3 support sites). Lot 1: The SPS require a supplier to inspect, service and maintain a range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across the SPS Estate (13 prisons and 3 support sites). A wide range of equipment/manufacturers and complexity exists across SPS sites. It is SPS intention to include Minor works within the contract to facilitate replacement and modernisation of systems and equipment when required. It is therefore important that the supplier has the appropriate resources and the technical capability to provide effective service delivery. The planned length of contract is 6 years (initial 3 year term and up to 3 years extension period).
