Tender description

the concession will involve the transfer to the Concessionaire of the operating risk in exploiting the landfill gas for a maximum duration of nine years (5 years with the option for 2 additional 2 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and ongoing need). The Concessionaire will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance of all appropriate equipment and machinery in order to maximise the exploitation of the landfill gas at Scotch Corner landfill throughout the period of the contract.
