Tender description

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU), acting on behalf of Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS England North Midlands, is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver high quality and safe Primary Care Medical Services in Nottingham City Centre, under an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract. The contract will commence on 1.4.2019 and be for an initial period of 10 years with the Commissioners having the option to extend the Contract for a further 5 years (maximum 15 year contract term). Provision of Primary Medical Care Services in Nottingham City Centre, under an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract. The weighted list size as of 1.1.2018 is 9 890.21 (Raw List Size 10 202). The contract will commence on 1.4.2019 for an initial period of 10 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years (maximum contract term 15 years). The contract value will be in the region of GBP 12.66M, excluding QOF and Enhanced Services payments, over 15 years.
