Tender description

The disposal of certain controlled Waste collected by WCAs or their contractors, pursuant to their functions. The disposal of Waste set out in (i) & (ii) below which is generated by WDAs as a result of their own activities: (i) Wastes described in Statutory Instrument 1988 No. 8–9 - The Collection and Disposal of Waste Regulations - Schedules 1, 2 ,3 and 4 (as appropriate) and (ii) Waste described in the EPA Part II Section 75 being “controlled”, “household”, “industrial” and “commercial waste” as appropriate and further described in the Controlled Waste Regulations 2012 Statutory Instrument 2012 No. 811 or revisions and any subsequent amendments.
