Tender description
The purpose of this assignment is for a Contractor to provide the necessary and appropriate technical and economic support and advice to assist Department for the Economy in the development of the technical specification requirements for this project, preceded by a short feasibility study into the potential assignment of lots across Northern Ireland that would deliver the aims of Project Stratum. The Contractor will be required to assist with the evaluation of the technical aspects of submitted bids against the technical specification and criteria. The Contractor will also be required to provide the necessary economic support to develop and complete the full business case for the project in line with the Northern Ireland Guide to Expenditure Appraisal and Evaluation (NIGEAE), leading to contract award.
