St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd (St Leger Homes) provides the management of approximately 20,000 homes and a portfolio of other properties on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. The management service provision includes repairs and maintenance across this property portfolio. Some of St Leger Homes tenants have physical disabilities which require their properties to have suitably adapted bathroom facilities. There are approximately 1400 properties with adapted bathroom facilities fitted currently (this includes everything from full bathroom adaptation to slight minor changes such as grab rails installation). St Leger Homes require a supplier to survey and supply adapted bathroom equipment.
