Tender description
Norfolk County Council uses Servelec HSC as its main children's education information management system. A new contract is needed for support and maintenance only and under Article 32 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 this can only be provided by Servelec HSC for technical reasons. Norfolk County Council therefore intends to award a 5-year contract to Servelec HSC with the option of a 2-year extension for support and maintenance of the system only.
