The provision of Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Services, Kitchen Deep Cleaning Services and Ventilation Ducting Cleaning Services to TUCO member institutions across the UK. Lot 1 Catering Equipment Maintenance Services. TUCO are looking to appoint suppliers who can provide the following services to TUCO member institutions: •Reactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Proactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Asset management service •Regular Gas Servicing (labour & call out charges) Though the lot is advertised for national coverage, regional based suppliers with localised coverage can also apply. Lot 2 Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance. TUCO are looking to appoint suppliers who can provide the following services to TUCO member institutions: •Reactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Proactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Asset management service Though the lot is advertised for national coverage, regional based suppliers with localised coverage can also apply. Lot 3 Dish-washing Equipment Maintenance Services. TUCO are looking to appoint suppliers who can provide the following services to TUCO member institutions: •Reactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Proactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Asset management service Though the lot is advertised for national coverage, regional based suppliers with localised coverage can also apply. Lot 4 Kitchen Deep Clean Services. TUCO are looking to appoint suppliers who can provide the following services to TUCO member institutions: •Kitchen Deep Clean, including surface cleaning (floors, walls), lighting, equipment (inside and out) and kitchen fittings •High Level Cleaning including ceilings, structural steel work, lighting. •Grease Trap Cleaning •Un-blocking of drains (within kitchen walls only) •Reactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Proactive visits (labour & call out charges) Though the lot is advertised for national coverage, regional based suppliers with localised coverage can also apply. Lot 5 Kitchen Ventilation & Ducting Cleaning. TUCO are looking to appoint suppliers who can provide the following services to TUCO member institutions: •Extraction and ventilation duct cleaning to TR19 levels •Reactive visits (labour & call out charges) •Proactive visits (labour & call out charges) Though the lot is advertised for national coverage, regional based suppliers with localised coverage can also apply. Lot 6 One Stop Shop. TUCO are looking to appoint suppliers who can provide the following services to TUCO member institutions across all Lots: •Catering Equipment Maintenance •Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance •Dish-washing Equipment Maintenance •Kitchen Deep Clean •Kitchen Ventilation & Duct Cleaning Though the lot is advertised for national coverage, regional based suppliers with localised coverage can also apply.
