PAPP-0025 Tender for the provision of Thermostatic Mixing Valve Installations to London and Midlands Stock.

Tender description

PA Housing Ltd is looking to procure a provider or providers to install Thermostatic Mixing Valves to sites appended within the site list in appendix A. The tender will be split into 3 lots and dependent on the outcome PA may award to two contractors via Lot 1 (Midlands) and Lot 2 (London) or a single contractor via Lot 3 (Midlands and London). PA's expectations are that the installations are carried out from a high quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of PA. Tenderers are requested to study this specification document in detail and ensure that the specified requirements can be met and thus your understanding of our requirements is reflected in your pricing schedule. The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence in February 2019; the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful provider and PA.
