The Contracting Authority's intention is to Direct Award contracts for Out of Hours face to face appointments, Out of Hours home visits, GP Extended Access and in-hours home visits to Southern Hampshire Primary Care Alliance (SHPCA) and/or Partnering Health Limited (PHL) for a period of 2 years (plus up to 2 years extension) from 1 July 2019.
