GMIT Invite Expressions of Interest Under the Restricted Procedure for The establishment of various single-party framework agreements for: Lot 1: Call Out Electrical Maintenance Works – GMIT Galway Campuses Lot 2: Call Out Electrical Maintenance Works - GMIT Mayo & Letterfrack Campus Lot 3: Call Out Maintenance Minor Works – GMIT Galway Lot 4: Call Out Maintenance Minor Works - GMIT Mayo & Letterfrack Campus Lot 5: Mechanical/Plumbing Works Maintenance - GMIT Galway Campuses Lot 6: Mechanical/Plumbing Maintenance GMIT Mayo & Letterfrack Campus Candidates may apply for one, various or all lots. Each framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months i.e. shall not exceed 4 years in the case of a single participant framework or standalone contract. Stage 1 Suitability Assessment Candidates are required to complete and submit a completed PQQ (the ‘Response’) in respect of each Lot of interest. Stage 2 Invitation to Tender (ITT) Candidates who are selected for inclusion on the tender list for a Lot will be issued a formal Invitation to Tender Document, inclusive of the award criteria and further information in relation to the second stage of this process and the works required. Lot 1: Contract Awarded to: BAM FM Ireland, Euro Business Park, Little Island, Cork. Lot 2: Contract Awarded to: Moran Electrical Services Ltd, Knockranny, Westport, Co Mayo. Lot 3: Contract Awarded to: Cosier Homes Limited, Stripe, Co Galway Lot 4: Contract Awarded to: Joe Mongan Building Contractors Ltd, Frenchill, Castlebar, Co Mayo, Lot 5: Contract Awarded to: BAM FM Ireland, Euro Business Park, Little Island, Cork. Lot 6: Contract Awarded to: Apleona HSG, Landscape House, Landscape Road Churchtown, Dublin 14A 6P3.
