Tender description
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (the "Trust") intends to enter into an Option Agreement and Lease with Noviniti Colchester Limited ("Noviniti") in respect of a retail development at Colchester General Hospital. The Trust has structured the contractual arrangement as a land transaction exempt from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Directive 2014/24/EU. Exempt land transaction falling outside of the Public Procurement Regime.
