Construction of 7 number residential dwelling units The Units comprise of the following: • 5 x 3 bed Two Storey • 1 x 3 bed Two Storey • 1 x 3 Bed-Bungalow (Special needs) The development is an infill one utilising greenfield lands. There is an existing footpath and road to the front of the development. All permanent and temporary works in connection with the construction of the 7 in no. houses (as described in the Form of Tender), including proposed site works, drains, attenuation and connections, sewers, connections, paving, walls, fences etc. as per Contract Documents.
