Tender description

Aston University is planning to set up a new Estate Capital Development (ECD) consultancy services framework to provide specialist consultancy services for use with refurbishment and new build projects over the next 4 years. It is intended that the new framework will commence in late May/Early June 2019. The Framework will provide the folding services: 1) Project management consultancy services; 2) Architect consultancy services; 3) Mechanical and electrical services; 4) Structural and civil engineering services; 5) Building surveyor services. Cost consultancy management services have not been included within the scope of this Framework. Provision of project management consultancy services which include Lead Consultant and Contract Administrator (CA) duties for the University's new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects. Provision of Architectural Services for the University's new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects. The architect should also be able to provide lead consultant, contract administration and principal designer services when needed. Provision of mechanical and electrical services for the university's new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects. The mechanical and electrical provider should also be able to provide lead consultant and contract administration services where projects are M&E led. Provision of structural and civil engineering services for the University's new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects. Provision of building surveyor services for the University's new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects.
