Statsbygg would like tenders for a framework agreement for: Advisory and consultancy services for foreign properties The framework agreement shall cover the Section for Foreign Properties’ requirements for advisory and consultancy assignments related to project development, engineering design, construction, renovation and operation of i.a. embassies, general consulates, housings and residences. The majority of the assignments shall be provided for foreign properties. The majority of the assignments shall be provided for foreign properties. Several assignments in this framework agreement are expected to be provided in high risk areas. The framework agreement will be related to Statsbygg's Property Management Department, the Section for Foreign Properties. The Section for Foreign Properties is responsible for administration, consultancy services and construction projects for the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the lessee of Statsbygg's foreign property portfolio.
