The Lancashire Procurement Cluster (LPC) is placing this PIN for preliminary market consultation purposes only. It is not a call for competition or formal tender. The LPC will be running a Preliminary Market Consultation event for potential bidders interested in providing a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to four acute trusts in the Lancashire and South Cumbria region who have embarked on a pathology collaboration initiative with the vision of establishing a single managed pathology service for the region delivered from a Cold Hub Laboratory and Essential Service Laboratories (ESLs). We are asking potential bidders to express their interest in attending this event by returning an Expression of Interest by 12:00 on the 11.1.2018 via the www.supplying2nhs.org tendering portal. This should be take the form of a word document of no more than 1 500 words, which outlines your systems, its functionality and includes relevant case studies where available.
