It’s proposed that the new framework agreement will consist of a small number of suppliers. They will be expected to work collaboratively and innovatively to provide legal service provision to VIVID. Our requirements will cover a range of disciplines relevant to the Housing and Public Sector, these will be set out in the final contract notice. VIVID are intending to use this opportunity to explore innovative approaches to the delivery of legal services to ensure that we achieving value for money for our customers. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this notice. The establishment of a Legal Services Framework Agreement to be awarded for a maximum of 4 years. We wish to establish a Framework for Legal Services across 4 lots. 1) Land and development 2) Property sales 3) Housing and leasehold 4) Corporate – Finance, Procurement, Charity Law, Governance and Employment Law We’re Hampshire’s largest provider of affordable homes with around 70 000 customers and 30 000 homes in the South East, mainly across Hampshire and Surrey. We have around 850 staff including our repairs team. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone.
