Role of Assigned Certifier, Employers Representative and Quantity Surveyor for Construction stage, including all ancillary services associated with the design/build rapid build project of 63 unit Housing Project, St Cuthberts Park, Lealand Road, Deansrath, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 In order to qualify for consideration: 1. Tenders must have administered as ER a Public Works Contracts to the value of €5,0000,000 singularly or in accumulation; and preferably, but not exclusively, a Public Works Contracts Contractors Design PW-CF2. 2. Tenderers must have Assigned Certifier experience of certifying timber frame contraction. 3 Tenderers must have experience of providing Quantity Surveyor services on a Public Works Contract to the value of €5,0000,000 singularly or in accumulation; and preferably, but not exclusively, a Public Works Contracts Contractors Design PW-CF2. The tender is on the basis of quality / price. The Quality Section has the following criteria: Only Tenderers who pass the Suitability Assessment will have their tender evaluated. Award Criteria The most economically advantageous Tender in terms of the following criteria, rules and weightings: Ref Criterion Weighting Maximum Score Available Minimum Score Required A proposal on how the individual roles, and professional capabilities will be assigned, coordinated and implemented for the project 30% 3000 min 1500 B Cost 70% 7000 rated 3. Tenders must submit a document verifying this experience and a proposal on how the individual roles, experiences and professional capabilities will be assigned, coordinated and effected for the contract Calculations as instructions to tenderers The initial framework criteria for assessment have been broken down in the Quality Assessment Document into specific focused sections, with subsections, all with specific marks allocated. This provides greater clarity and transparency to tendering contractors, and specific guidance on the detailed assessment of the quality section of
