Role of Assigned Certifier, Employers Representative and Quantity Surveyor for Construction stage, including all ancillary services associated with the design/build rapid build project of 63 unit Housing Project, St Cuthberts Park, Lealand Road, Deansrath, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 In order to qualify for consideration: 1. Tenders must have administered as ER a Public Works Contracts to the value of €5,0000,000 singularly or in accumulation; and preferably, but not exclusively, a Public Works Contracts Contractors Design PW-CF2. 2. Tenderers must have Assigned Certifier experience of certifying timber frame contraction. 3 Tenderers must have experience of providing Quantity Surveyor services on a Public Works Contract to the value of €5,0000,000 singularly or in accumulation; and preferably, but not exclusively, a Public Works Contracts Contractors Design PW-CF2. The tender is on the basis of quality / price. The Quality Section has the following criteria: Only Tenderers who pass the Suitability Assessment will have their tender evaluated.
